Global Property & Land handles Queens Gate letting enquiries. Contact us at info@globalproperty.land or 07700 772288 about your enquiry or personal information.

What we collect and why

When you enquire, we collect the name, email address and any phone number you provide, along with your property requirements, company details where relevant, and preferred viewing dates. We use these details to respond, discuss a prospective tenancy and arrange viewings. Please do not include identity documents, financial documents or sensitive personal information in this form.

We process enquiries to take steps at your request before a possible tenancy agreement. We also use limited technical information, including a one-way hash of your IP address where available, to help prevent spam and abuse.

Optional availability updates

We only use your email for future Queens Gate marketing updates if you select the optional checkbox. We record the wording and time of that consent. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing info@globalproperty.land. Declining updates does not affect your enquiry.

Storage and access

Your enquiry is stored in the website’s database and accessed for letting administration. Website hosting and database providers process information on our behalf. If email delivery is enabled, an email provider also processes the enquiry notification. We do not sell your information.

We retain enquiry details only for as long as needed to deal with your request, related letting administration and applicable obligations. You may ask us to delete information that is no longer needed. If you become a tenant, further information about tenancy records will be provided separately.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion where applicable, object to direct marketing, withdraw marketing consent, or ask about other data protection rights by contacting us. You may raise a concern with the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner.

This website does not use advertising pixels or optional analytics cookies. Fonts and images are served by the website. The hosting service may use essential security or sign-in cookies. Map and parking links open third-party websites, whose privacy policies apply when you visit them.
